Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage relationships with affluent clients and other customers. You will provide education and advice to help clients maximize their money and financial wellbeing.

You will collaborate with specialists to meet complex needs, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering the Chase Private Client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing prerequisites.
• Ability to work extended branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client clients within the branch.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize client outcomes.
• Partner with specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to customers for 24/7 access.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
