Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required)
• Foundation knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (required)
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly (required)
• Ability to influence partners and coordinate with Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking (required)
• PC literacy and digital aptitude (required)
• Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE, Life and Health Insurance (Upon Hire) (required)

• Builds a client referral pipeline through internal and external centers of influence; prospecting and documenting efforts.
• Maintains deep knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to discuss financial wellness with clients.
• Opens personal and business accounts and collaborates with branch teams to grow client relationships.
