Job summary

Janney-Montgomery-Scott-LLC is seeking a Registered Private Client Associate in Houston to support the growth of client relationships and the office’s branch activities. You will assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance their business.

You will organize productivity campaigns, manage client communications, and occasionally handle operational duties to ensure smooth daily functions and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to build and foster strong client relationships through service.
• Provides excellent telephone service with prompt, accurate communication.
• Proactively utilizes technology and tools to support time management and campaigns.
• Able to anticipate issues and alert management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships with FAs.
