Job summary

KeyBank South Burlington is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage the full client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. This role focuses on clients with up to $2M in investable assets and involves identifying solutions and coordinating referrals across Retail, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking.

The PCB collaborates with branch teammates and partners to deepen relationships, maintain compliance, and support branch operations, including occasional Saturday

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, achieving sales goals and referrals.
• Knowledge of financial wellness planning and product referrals to client needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust client referral pipeline through internal and external centers of influence.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations and refer investment/insurance products.
• Open personal and business accounts and coordinate with branch teams.
• Ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.
