Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker in Connecticut (Glastonbury) to manage client relationships with a plan-based approach, offering investment, insurance and banking solutions. You will build a referral network, open accounts, and collaborate with Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, while meeting sales and service goals.

Requires FINRA S6, S63, SIE, and Life/Health licenses, a high school diploma or higher, and comfort with digital platforms; Saturday

Qualifications

• Experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.

Responsibilities

• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
• Refer investment and insurance products and collaborate with specialists.
• Develop client referral pipelines and centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts including checking, deposit products, and lending.
• Ensure compliance with policies and participate in branch operations.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
