Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Proven ability to acquire and maintain clients and partner with key stakeholders.
• Commitment to goals-based planning and delivering advisory solutions.
• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required or must be obtained within 60 days.
• Active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license required or must be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a culture of diversity while driving team success.
• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions focusing on relationships over portfolio management.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of financial markets and sound judgment.
• Maintain integrity and do right by clients in all interactions.
• Educate clients on technology and channels to monitor investments.
• Provide holistic financial coaching beyond investments.
