Job summary

Home Care Association of America is seeking reliable, caring caregivers to provide in-home support, helping clients stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

This role offers flexible schedules, full-time and part-time opportunities, in-home assignments, paid training and weekly pay. Candidates should be compassionate, dependable and able to travel to client homes; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and movement within the home.
• Support personal care and hygiene needs.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Complete light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with daily household routines and activities.
