Job summary

hcaoa-careers is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support across Oklahoma communities. You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, while following care plans and maintaining client dignity.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for local assignments. Prior caregiving is preferred but not required; strong communication, reliability, and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.

• Complete light housekeeping duties.
