Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Private Capital Advisory Business Analyst/Product Owner in New York City to support their PCA Quantitative Group. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, align front-office stakeholders with technology teams, and drive platform data capabilities and processes.

The role is hybrid, involving collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize data, automation, and investment banking workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years BA/PO or technology delivery experience in financial services.
• PCA/private equity or private markets experience including investor relationships and sponsor workflows.
• Experience supporting front-office investment banking/private markets teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and business-to-technical translation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Serve as liaison between business and technology teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve dependencies related to data access and environments to maintain momentum.
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to platform adoption, data quality, and delivery performance.
• Contribute to application design, data architecture, and integration across datasets.
• Drive requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of technology enhancements for PCA workflows.
• Engage senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and more effective use of data and tech.
