Job summary

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Insights Scouts to identify, monitor, and introduce high-value investment opportunities to its investor and fund manager network. This is an independent contractor role with a verification/approval process.

Scouts source and track off-market or early-stage opportunities, provide market context, and introduce opportunities to the ecosystem. Compensation is transaction-based with earnings per closed deal.

• Provide high-level market and deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and strategic rationale.
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners.
• Support early-stage diligence handoff; analysts handle financial modeling and underwriting.
• Insights Scouts do not perform detailed modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Insights Scouts to identify, monitor, and introduce high-value investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Insights Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Private Capital Insights Scouts:

Source and track off-market, proprietary, or early-stage opportunities

Provide strategic context and market intelligence on potential investments

Introduce opportunities to investors, sponsors, and analysts within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

Build a verified track record of sourcing and market insight contributions

This role is ideal for professionals with strong market access, deal awareness, and early intelligence on private capital opportunities.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Insights Scouts may:

Identify and track proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s network of investors and fund sponsors

Provide high-level market and deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and strategic rationale

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Support early-stage diligence handoff; analysts handle financial modeling and underwriting

Insights Scouts do not perform detailed modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Based on approval, Private Capital Insights Scouts may submit opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on sourcing experience, market insight credibility, and network strength.

Compensation & Economics

Private Capital Insights Scouts earn success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

Payment is issued upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Exact economics vary by deal size, complexity, and Scout role

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality sourcing and insights
