Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of basketball instruction or coaching experience.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• Confident working independently.
• Provide own basketball training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Maintain communication with clients/parents regarding progress.
