Raymond James is seeking a Client Services Representative – Servicing for our Private Bank Service Team in the United States. You will interact daily with clients, partners, and advisors to provide customized solutions and premier service across all client engagements.

You will work closely with relationship managers and portfolio teams, supporting transactions and contributing to process improvements in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of combined education and/or customer service, operations, financial services, or related experience.
• Prior bank operations and/or client service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with internal and external clients and provide customized solutions to their requests.
• Partner effectively with other members of the Private Bank Service Team.
• Work closely with relationship managers, inside sales, portfolio managers, compliance and other authorized parties.
