Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new relationships and ongoing client servicing.
• Provide sales, processing, operational and administrative support to Client Advisors.
• Handle daily client interactions via phone, letters and email.
• Collaborate with other departments to monitor for fraud and assist clients when fraud occurs.
• Review NSFs and clear document exceptions as needed.
