Job summary

Key Private Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships within a high-net-worth book, delivering tailored banking, borrowing and investment solutions.

The ARM will coordinate with an advisory team, identify growth opportunities, and work toward individual sales goals while collaborating with experienced Relationship Managers across the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• 3 years financial services experience.
• FINRA licenses S7 and S66/S63 & S65 required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to retain, expand and acquire client relationships.
• Gather information from clients and coordinate with advisory team to propose banking and investment solutions.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of clients' needs through relationship reviews and CRM data.
• Maintain knowledge of KPB processes, client experience and service standards.
• Document progress in client strategies using tracking tools and CRM.
