Job summary

Banco Sabadell is seeking a Private Banking Admin to join a dynamic team in Miami, FL. The role supports Private Bankers with documentation, account updates, and client transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of related experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong organizational and MS Office skills. Construction of KYC and compliance documents will be part of daily duties in a fast-growing banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related experience or training.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese preferred.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of PC tools and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Bankers in the preparation of call reports, visit reports, KYCs, investment profile updates, credit proposals, and any other document requirements.
• Assist Private Bankers in the update of account documentation for existing accounts.
• Prepare documentation for account openings and investment portfolios following the established compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate and help execute transfers, foreign exchanges, investment orders, and new time deposits or renewal requests from external and internal clients.
• Execute orders received by telephone calls, faxes, email, or mail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Bankers in the preparation of call reports, visit reports, KYCs, investment profile updates, credit proposals, and any other document requirements.
• Assist Private Bankers in the update of account documentation for existing accounts.
• Prepare documentation for account openings and investment portfolios following the established compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• An Associate's, Bachelor's degree or a four-year degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently (required) , Portuguese (preferred).
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of PC tools and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service oriented.
