About the role

Unlike traditional retail banks, our boutique banking model emphasizes relationship‑building over transactional sales. What you’ll do

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Serve as a strategic connector across business lines to deliver seamless cross‑sell opportunities and a boutique client experience for new and existing customers.
• Champion outstanding customer service by managing the client journey end‑to‑end and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions to client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for colleagues and clients, leveraging deep expertise in banking best practices, CFBank’s suite of solutions, and up‑to‑date compliance standards.
• Execute a comprehensive range of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan servicing, account openings/closings, and specialized transactions such as IRAs and HSAs, using digital tools and adhering to operational and compliance protocols.
• Support a culture of compliance and operational excellence by participating in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards for data privacy and security, strictly following internal protocols to safeguard client information at all times.
