Job summary

PNC Portfolio Administrator in the Private Bank is responsible for accurate administration of Investment Management, IRA and Non‑Trust accounts following governing documents and fiduciary rules. The role requires coordination with internal partners, timely resolution of routine issues, and use of Private Bank systems to support a low‑complexity portfolio.

Based in the United States with possible locations in Cleveland, OH, Louisville, KY or Indianapolis, IN; some duties may be performed remotely

Qualifications

• Experience in account administration within private banking or similar.
• Ability to follow governing documents, state law, and AMG policy.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute account administration of Investment Management, IRA and Non-Trust accounts in compliance with regulations.
• Perform administration of assigned accounts per governing documents and policies.
• Complete reviews and resolve routine issues with minimal complexity.
• Utilize Private Bank systems to support investment management of a low‑to‑moderate complexity portfolio.
• Engage in investment support and administrative activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal partners to solve problems and escalate issues.
