Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Portfolio Analyst to support Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day management of high-net-worth client portfolios and related service needs.

You will prepare materials for client meetings, monitor portfolio risk, and collaborate with trading desks to support portfolio management activities while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Managers in day-to-day management of high-net-worth client portfolios and related service needs.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for client and prospect meetings.
• Monitor and oversee portfolio risk measures and assist with portfolio management activities.
• Communicate with clients to support a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Learn the composition and management of diversified investment portfolios.
• Attend client and prospect meetings to identify investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial capacity.
• Partner with equity and fixed income trading desks to support portfolio management activities.
• Serve as a liaison between Portfolio Managers, business partners, compliance, and the Chief Investment Office.
• Develop a working knowledge of investment products, markets, and current conditions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, computer, organizational, and communication skills with high accuracy.
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service and support the Private Bank investment team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Serve as a liaison between Portfolio Managers, line of business partners, compliance partners, and the Chief Investment Office.
• Develop a working knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and current market conditions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, computer, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service and support the overall objectives of the Private Bank investment team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
