Job summary

NetJets is seeking an experienced Pilot to provide a superior air transportation experience with a flawless safety record. You will act as the face of NetJets, delivering technically sound, safe transportation and a concierge-level service for Owners and passengers.

The role requires handling in-flight service, managing flight operations, and coordinating with maintenance and ground teams. AATP/ATP certifications, 1,000–1,500 flight hours, and a passport enabling international travel are

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and safety mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including catering and alcohol handling.
• Greet Owners/Passengers and brief on flight details and weather.
• Maintain professional demeanor and serve as liaison from arrival to final destination.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete required paperwork.
