Job summary

Jet Access Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Line Service Technician to ensure safe ground operations and outstanding client service at our FBO ramp. You will marshal, tow, refuel, and supervise ground equipment while maintaining high safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities include delivering concierge-level service to pilots and passengers from arrival to departure, operating POS systems for accurate billing, and adhering to FAA/TSA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe ground operations and exceptional client service at the FBO ramp.
• Marshal, tow, fuel aircraft and manage ground support equipment safely.
• Provide concierge-level service to pilots and passengers from arrival to departure.
• Operate POS systems and ensure accurate client billing and documentation.
• Follow safety, environmental, and FAA/TSA regulations.
