Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to deliver safe, premium air transportation with an exceptional service experience for Owners and passengers. The role demands strong leadership, adherence to FAA rules, and a flexible schedule across time zones.

You will serve as the face of NetJets, managing in-flight service, safety briefings, and passenger comfort while coordinating with maintenance and operations teams. A High School diploma, ATP certification, and First-Class Medical are required.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ requirement.
• 1,500 hours total flight time.
• 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate or
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm)
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
• 100 hours night flight or 75 hours with 45+ night takeoffs/landings
• 75 hours instrument time
• ATP written completed before Indoctrination Training
• 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Valid US passport
• Authorization to work in the US and travel freely
• Able to work varying hours including day and night.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and long duty periods
• Ability to manage rest for flight duty
• Potential for up to 14 hours per day over eight days in multiple time zones
• Must pass security/background checks
• Be able to travel internationally
• Valid State driver’s license
• Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English
• Strong customer-service and professional interaction abilities
• Physical ability to move objects and handle equipment

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA rules and SOPs
• Provide exceptional in-flight service and catering support
• Load and secure baggage as required
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to landing
• Report maintenance issues to MCC and complete required paperwork
• Maintain professional demeanor during all flight duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by the fleet/team
