Jet Access in Indianapolis is seeking an Aircraft Avionics Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems for private aviation operations. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and offers steady hours in a full-time, non-exempt capacity at our Indianapolis location.

Responsibilities include installation, inspection, testing, soldering, and diagnostics of NAV/COM, GPS, autopilot, and RVSM systems, with travel as needed and a focus on safety and quality.

Formación

• A&P license required and valid for aircraft maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of diversified jet/aircraft maintenance experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Install, inspect, test, and repair avionics equipment and electronics in aircraft.
• Repair or replace defective avionics to prepare for the next flight.
• Perform precise soldering on electrical components.
• Operate power tools needed for avionics repairs.
• Troubleshoot avionics systems to component level and verify NAV/COM/PULSE, autopilot, GPS, and RVSM functions.
