Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is hiring a N-DAS / Private 5G Business & Project Manager to support growth in the U.S. hybrid role blending product management, PMO, and pre-sales.

You will drive project planning, cross-functional coordination, and customer engagement while developing market strategies for N-DAS and Private 5G.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in wireless, experience with DAS/N-DAS, and willingness to travel, with a focus on Texas and broader US markets.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of wireless telecommunications experience.
• Experience with DAS/N-DAS, Private LTE/5G, CBRS, or small cell deployments.
• Strong PMO and cross-functional coordination with customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel 30%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage N-DAS and Private 5G product, business, and solution development activities.
• Translate customer requirements into practical wireless network solutions.
• Lead N-DAS implementation projects with schedules, milestones, risks, and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among customers, engineering, procurement, and vendors.
• Lead project status meetings and deliver dashboards, logs, and risk tracking.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, SOWs, BOMs, and ROM estimates.
• Monitor trends in DAS/N-DAS, Private 5G/CBRS, and enterprise networks.
• Develop customer-facing product and solution materials.
• Engage with customers and partners on technical scope and implementation strategy.
• Identify new N-DAS and Private 5G opportunities in Texas and other US markets.
