The role requires onsite presence five days a week and entails mentoring junior analysts, coordinating assignments, and ensuring quality in deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience handling and safeguarding PII and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, data protection requirements.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently evaluate information and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience drafting and editing reports, memoranda, and briefings.
• Experience improving business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Experience performing quality assurance and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with limited supervision.
• Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and review work products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy-related reviews, analyses, and preparing reports and briefings.
• Assist leadership in evaluating program delivery effectiveness and timeliness.
• Independently manage workstreams and short-lead tasks.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Develop briefing materials, issue papers, and supporting analyses.
• Document and validate user and stakeholder requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and workflows for operational fit.
• Create SOPs, flowcharts, and internal controls.
• Support design, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows.
• Create dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance metrics.
• Apply data analytics for performance evaluation and decision support.
• Perform quality control on reports and data before submission.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate analyst assignments and schedules.
• Engage with customers to ensure understanding of reports and actions.
