You will work closely with prison staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors to maximise learning opportunities and support prisoners from diverse backgrounds. Experience in prison settings and a resilient, problem-solving mindset are valued.

• Experience in prison settings or high-security environments preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and support learning in challenging contexts.
