Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to help build a cloud-based Zero Trust Network Access capability based on Palo Alto Prisma Access. You will develop scalable, resilient solutions to support DoD enterprise goals and implement user- and device-based access controls, network segmentation, and policy analysis across modern cloud networks.

You will apply expertise in network security, routing, and switching to deliver next-generation ZTNA solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise architecture development experience.
• 2+ years administering Palo Alto firewalls.
• 2+ years supporting DoD enterprise architecture.
• 2+ years turning customer requirements into IT solutions.
• Experience designing, deploying and advanced support of multi-protocol IP backbone and access networks.
• Knowledge of TLS, mTLS, hashing algorithms, and PKI.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FIPS, DoD STIG, and FedRAMP.
• Ability to engage with DoD stakeholders for enterprise architecture development.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access.
• Experience with Palo Alto GlobalProtect.
• Office 365 and Teams proficiency.
• RDP, web UI, SSH, and CLI tooling.
• McAfee, Tenable, and other security products.
• Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Linux/UNIX knowledge.
• Networking protocols knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering.
• DoD 8750 IAT Level II Certification.
