Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field.
• 4 years of experience in patient access, prior authorization, revenue cycle, or health insurance operations.
• Experience with payer medical policies, work queues, and denial management.
• 2 years supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and queues to ensure timely drug/procedural authorizations.
• Resolve admin barriers, escalate with clinical leadership and payer teams.
• Oversee denial trends, coordinate documentation for appeals and peer reviews.
• Audit workflows, implement new tools and templates to improve efficiency.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings to align policies and updates.
• Supervise staff, hire, develop, and monitor performance.
