Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Associate's degree required or 2 years of relevant (authorization, claims, billing) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to patients, payors, and providers.
• Ensure prior authorizations and documentation are accurate for claims.
• Review active rentals and future claims to ensure proper authorization and eligibility.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Prepare and process billing adjustments and dates of service for accuracy.
• Escalate issues to clinical teams or providers when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date patient charts and insurance policies.
