Job summary

ProAmpac in De Pere, WI is seeking a Printing Press Assistant to support the Printing Department. You will help prepare orders, monitor quality, and move finished rolls.

This role offers a clean, climate-controlled environment, 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts, and benefits including paid time off and 401(k) matching. Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical/mathematical skills are valued.

Qualifications

  • Prepares for upcoming orders.
  • Packages/wraps finished rolls.
  • Monitors viscosities and completes PH forms.
  • Finds ink on specification sheet and disperses.
  • Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
  • Ability to fill-in for the Press Operator job when necessary.

Your Role: Printing Press Assistant - Printing Department:

Shift:

2, 2, 3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks

Physical Demands
  • The employee must frequently position or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.
  • Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.
Work Environment
  • Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
