Job summary

The Hibbert Group in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Printing Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on calculating costs for print activities, explaining estimates to clients, and coordinating with internal staff to keep projects on budget.

Initially onsite with a path to hybrid work, the position requires experience in print, project management, and strong organizational and communication skills. We offer health plans, a 401K, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Expertise in print materials: paper stock, PMS/CMYK colors, printers, graphic arts.
• Prior work experience as a Printing Estimator is necessary.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calculating costs regarding print activities for prospect and existing clients.
• Explaining printing estimates in a simple and non-technical manner.
• Corresponding directly with clients and internal personnel.
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and ISO 9001 standards, reviewing output for aesthetics and accuracy.

Overview

The Hibbert Group is a 145-year-old national marketing support services firm with international scope. Our customers include many of the world's largest and most successful companies. We provide Digital Marketing services in Database Services, Customer Engagement, Global Fulfillment, Life Sciences, Professional Services and Digital Solutions. Currently, we are seeking a Printing Estimator to work in our Trenton, NJ office. Initially, the position will be mostly onsite but then will evolve into a hybrid work situation.

Responsibilities

• Calculating costs regarding print activities for prospect and existing clients.
• Explaining printing estimates in a simple and non-technical manner.
• Corresponding directly with clients and internal personnel.
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and to all ISO 9001 related standards, including review of all digital and hardcopy output for aesthetics. Analytical review for proper timeframes, calculations, and distribution. Provide clean accurate output and reporting.

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in project management.
• Experience in print as a whole is needed in regard to paper stock, PMS CMYK colors, printers, and graphic arts.
• Prior work experience as a Printing Estimator is necessary.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills is essential.
