Printer Copier Field Technician – Westchester County, NY and Surrounding Areas

Pay: $24–$39/hour + Benefits

Our client, a well-established business equipment provider based in Westchester County, is seeking a Printer Copier Field Technician to join their growing service team. In this role, you will service and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers while delivering exceptional support to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at client locations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory logs.
• Monitor parts and supplies to ensure readiness for field repairs.
• Troubleshoot MFD hardware and basic networking issues as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (technical certifications a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of field service experience on copiers, printers, or MFPs.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and move as needed for repairs.
