The Role and Impact As a PCB Technologist at Intel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Intel's most demanding platforms, ranging from AI, Datacenter to Client Graphics, wireless cards and network adapters. Your contributions will be instrumental in outlining technology boundaries of manufacturability and complexity that will influence board/product architecture decisions and impact performance, quality and cost. By leveraging your expertise and insight, you will directly influence Intel's long-range product planning, ensure alignment with market demands, and propel innovation across our global operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on Intel's ability to deliver cutting-edge technologies to customers worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or BS degree in a specialized field or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or related disciplines. 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated business acumen and deep understanding of industry and ecosystem dynamics. Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members to drive success. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Patents, publications, or pathfinding experience in supply chain engineering or related areas.
