Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in a print shop or similar environment.
• Knowledge of printing, file configuration, paper specs and layout.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Trello).
• Proficient with Windows and Google Workspace; Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Receive and log print orders from Marketing or Store Front.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for each order.
• Prioritize workload to meet production and installation deadlines.
• Set up and operate high-speed color copiers and wide format printers, laminators and finishing equipment.
• Provide wide format installation on a variety of surfaces; understand ADA signage requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to meet customer specifications and resolve issues.
• Maintain PPE, safety and quality standards in all print operations.
