New Graphics, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Print & Vinyl Production Specialist to join our finishing and fulfillment team. You will trim, finish, quality-check, and pack premium graphics for clients—from wall murals to vehicle wraps—using hand tools and cutting tables.

No prior print shop experience is required for entry-level candidates with strong hand-tool aptitude and attention to detail; we train the right person. This full-time role offers weekday hours and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Trim and finish wall murals, window films, print-and-cut graphics, and rigid substrates using utility knives, straight edges, and cutting tables.
• Weed excess vinyl from cut jobs, apply transfer tape/masking, and prep graphics for installation or shipping.
• Inspect finished products for color, defects, or media damage; carefully pack and label completed orders for shipping or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, clearing cut tables, and managing scrap materials.
• Assist with inventory and weekly shop maintenance tasks as needed.

The Role

At New Graphics, Inc., we produce and install premium vinyl graphics, interior/exterior signage, architectural wall murals, and vehicle graphics across the country. As a Print & Vinyl Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our finishing and fulfillment department. You’ll work directly with our printed materials to trim, finish, quality-check, and pack custom graphics for clients.

No prior print shop experience is required for entry-level candidates with strong hand-tool aptitude and attention to detail—we are happy to train the right person.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (no weekends)

What You'll Do

• Finishing & Trimming: Precisely trim and finish wall murals, window films, print-and-cut graphics, and rigid substrates using utility knives, straight edges, and cutting tables.
• Vinyl Prep: Weed excess vinyl from cut jobs, apply transfer tape/masking, and prep RTA (Ready-To-Apply) graphics for installation or shipping.
• Quality Assurance & Packing: Inspect finished products for color, defects, or media damage; carefully pack and label completed orders for shipping or customer pickup.
• Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, clearing cut tables, and managing scrap materials.
• Shop & Inventory Support: Assist with inventory and weekly shop maintenance tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For
