Staples is hiring for a Print Specialist in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers in the Print Solutions department, assess their print needs, and provide complete print solutions using available tools and services.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using computers and basic software applications.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a complete print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service area tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
