Job summary

Staples is seeking a Print Specialist in Wisconsin to provide exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished print products using print and production equipment. You will join a friendly, team-oriented retail environment and contribute to delivering print solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, asking questions to understand needs, guiding print options, assisting in self-service areas, and coordinating leads while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Ability to collaborate in high paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift and move supplies in 10-50 pound range, stand and walk continuously

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area utilizing the copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping, etc.)
