Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Capture project information and offer a complete print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Qualify questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
