Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will produce finished print products and help customers determine the right solutions, while collaborating with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a schedule based on store needs
• Ability to handle multiple customers and provide total print solutions
• Attention to quality and detail to spot issues in print jobs
• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send files and use Word
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment
• Manage conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move supplies up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a total print solution
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping)
