Staples is hiring for a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished print products using available equipment. You will work in a team-oriented retail culture and help customers with their printing needs.

You will greet customers, ask questions to understand their print requirements, capture project details with intake tools, and assist in self-service areas. This role requires flexibility and the ability to lift supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files; use Microsoft Word or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
