Job summary

Staples in Centerville is seeking Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment and help customers with total print solutions in a collaborative store environment.

You will greet customers, ask open-ended questions to learn their needs, and capture project details with order intake tools.

Qualifications

• Comfort with using print production tools and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to lift and move supplies as needed in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department.

• Assist customers with self-service area and equipment.
• Ask qualifying questions to identify potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., shipping support).
