Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand each customer's print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to identify potential leads.
• Be flexible and assist with other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
