Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of related experience.
• Prior FXO products & services offerings preferred.
• Commercial print environment experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Meet FedEx Office employment qualifications at time of hiring.
• Transfer criteria for current FedEx Office team members.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce print/copy/finish orders as requested and/or directed.
• Operate binding and other auxiliary equipment.
• Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and repairs.
• Provide customer service and problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Produce work following LEAN principles to ensure on-time quality.
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• All other duties as needed or required.
