Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Print Production Specialist to lead day-to-day operations in the print and production department within the Client Operations unit. Based in the Clearwater, Florida / Tampa Bay Area, you will produce signage, decals, wraps, and marketing materials that drive customer deployments and branding initiatives.

You will collaborate with sales, project management, and customer teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of in-house production capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a print shop or sign shop or fast-paced production environment.
• Strong technical and mechanical competency operating production equipment including wide-format printers, laminators and cutters.
• Demonstrated ability to safely manage physical production demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting 50–80 pounds.
• Solid organizational, mathematical, and time management skills with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or production-related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers, laminators, cutters, and production equipment to produce signage, decals, wraps, and labels.
• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive production projects to meet deadlines.
• Source raw materials, manage inventory levels for vinyl and substrates, and balance quality and cost with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review project requirements, provide timeline updates, and safely package and install graphics.
• Drive continuous improvement by researching efficient production methods and troubleshooting downtime.

The Role

We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of our print and production department within the Client Operations business unit. Reporting directly to the Manager, Client Operations, this highly active, hands-on role is responsible for producing the vital signage, decals, wraps, and marketing materials that drive our customer installations and global branding initiatives. Based in the Clearwater, Florida / Tampa Bay Area, you will collaborate closely with sales, project management, and customer teams, serving as the primary production resource. • Operate and maintain wide-format printers, laminators, cutters, and production equipment to produce high-quality signage, decals, wraps, and labels.

• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive production projects simultaneously to meet rigorous customer deployment deadlines.

• Source raw materials, manage inventory levels for vinyl, substrates, and supplies, and collaborate with vendors to balance quality and cost.

• Drive continuous improvement by researching efficient production methods, troubleshooting equipment downtime, and supporting material recycling initiatives.
