MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Machine Operator in the United States. Experience is not required but considered a bonus as MCC provides training.

The role offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k). Responsibilities include ensuring print and seam quality, handling rolls, performing splicing tasks, recording data, and supporting special projects as needed.

Competenze

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and unit conversions.
• Must be able to use simple Windows-based applications.
• Physical demands include standing, frequent walking, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.
• Uses a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedures as needed.
• Handles rolls and palletizes them to avoid damage.
• Understands basic printing and seam-related defects.
• Records data on designated paperwork and in the Globetek system.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
