Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a Print Production Associate to support the high-volume digital print facility. You will follow production workflows and operate finishing equipment to process large print orders from our stores, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
• Experience managing many priorities.
• Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. able to size and print documents)

Responsibilities

• Follow production workflow to produce high volume of work
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery
• Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and change to PDF print-ready status
• Ensure that all work produced in accordance with the job ticket and customer’s quality expectations
• Properly use and care for all equipment. Comply with operating instructions and maintenance schedules
• Partner with the Production Facility Lead for the timely processing of projects
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned; may also serve as back up driver
