Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of printing press operator experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety rules and quality checks.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant and corporate safety rules and guidelines.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping.
• Perform make-readies according to Job Ticket and Product Spec documents.
• Complete all press-side quality checks and ensure product specs are met.
• Operate press to meet customer specs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Maintain quality during production with checks on copy, color, registration, and adhesion.
• Complete procedures and quality measurements per BRC standards.
• Complete press makeready efficiently and carry out equipment maintenance as required.
• Clean plates, cylinders, ink pans, and lubricate press; input data into GlobeTeks system.
