Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials to confirm they meet defined requirements.
• Review equipment setups and make-ready steps to ensure production meets spec.
• Execute first-article, in-process, and final inspections across production stages.
• Test print characteristics, gloss, appearance, dimensions, thickness, and product compatibility.
• Perform specialized tests: scuff/scratch resistance, adhesion, bond strength, opening/closing performance, drop testing.
• Document results and enter quality data into systems; generate product IDs and tags.
• Communicate with Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, and Shipping to resolve issues.
