Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a Print and Packaging Designer to support design across 6 brands in 18 markets. You’ll collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling packaging concepts and production-ready files.

You bring 4+ years of agency packaging design, strong Adobe CC skills, and a portfolio spanning print, packaging and graphic design. This remote role rewards collaboration and creative excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio of print, packaging & graphic design.
• Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack.
• Understanding of CMYK and Pantone.

Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs for the in-box experience across 6 brands.
• Manage workflow of requests and projects to tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with global teams including operations and procurement.
• Work with third‑party print partners to ensure file quality.
• Uphold brand identity guidelines and design systems.
• Stay current with design trends and printing standards.
• Drive sustainability in packaging and tech trends.
• Review and proofread content for accuracy.
