  • - Associate of Applied Science degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent relevant experience, including military service. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with three-phase systems up to 480 VAC, low-voltage controls, and PLCs.
  • - Experience or working knowledge of conveyor and/or sortation systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment installation, and modification or upgrade support.
  • - Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, use diagnostic tools, and work independently or with minimal guidance to resolve equipment problems.
