Milly is seeking a talented Print Designer to join our creative team in New York. You will develop production-ready, fashion-forward artwork with a strong sense of color and trend awareness.

Responsibilities include collaborating with design and overseas offices, refining layouts, and conducting market research. You will support CAD tasks and help maintain the digital art library, ensuring production standards are met across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of print design experience in fashion/textile industries.
• Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Production-ready artwork including repeats and color separations.

Responsibilities

• Create production-ready print and pattern artwork that is trend-right.
• Collaborate with design team and overseas offices to maintain a cohesive art vision.
• Design or refine layouts under guidance from Senior Designer or Head of Design.
• Conduct trend and market research via online resources and trade shows.
• Review layouts to ensure compatibility with production standards.
• Work with Production to resolve technical issues with existing artwork.
• Participate in design reviews to evaluate artwork and provide recommendations.
• Revise artwork as requested by senior team members.
• Provide alternative concepts to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an organized digital art library for future reference.
• Support CAD drawings and other design tasks as needed.
